Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an event brief or confirming a booking with Zeus Athletics Operations Ltd. ("the Agency"), the organizer ("the Client") agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern the provision of tournament management services, venue procurement, staffing, and digital scoring solutions. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a corporation or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Tournament Booking Mechanics

Submitting items via the online "Booking Basket" constitutes an inquiry, not a binding contract. A booking is only considered confirmed once the Client signs the formal Event Order and remits the required initial deposit. Zeus Athletics reserves the right to decline inquiries if requested dates, venues, or staffing requirements cannot be met with our required operational standards.

3. Venue Rules & Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to the specific rules of the host venue and the Zeus Athletics Code of Conduct. The Agency enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding physical or verbal abuse directed at referees, staff, or opposing teams. Our Event Directors reserve the right to immediately disqualify and eject any individual or team violating this code, without refund, to preserve the safety and integrity of the tournament.

4. Liability Limitation & Waivers

While the Agency employs stringent safety protocols and provides basic medical support, participation in sporting events carries inherent physical risks. Organizers must ensure all participants sign a standard physical liability waiver prior to competing. Zeus Athletics Operations Ltd. shall not be held liable for personal injuries, loss of property, or damages occurring during an event, except in cases of proven gross negligence by the Agency's direct staff.

5. Intellectual Property (Event Media)

Unless expressly restricted in writing by the Client prior to the event, the Agency reserves the right to capture photography and videography during tournaments. This media may be used for promotional purposes, portfolio demonstration, and social media. The Client retains the right to utilize the delivered post-event media package for their internal corporate communications and team-building promotions.

6. Governing Law (UK)

These Terms of Service, and any disputes arising from the execution of sports tournaments or related services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts regarding any legal matters stemming from these terms.
