Every Zeus Athletics package is a fully managed operational suite. It includes premium venue rental for the duration of the event, certified professional referees, a dedicated on-site event manager, our live digital scoring system with courtside displays, and high-quality tournament balls or shuttles. Final-day packages also include a standard presentation ceremony with trophies for the winning teams.

For standard packages (up to 16 teams), we require a minimum of 4 weeks notice to secure premium venue slots and assign certified staff. For large-scale multi-sport festivals or custom enterprise events exceeding 200 participants, a minimum lead time of 8 to 12 weeks is strictly required to ensure flawless logistical execution and bespoke sponsor integration.

For outdoor events, we employ strict weather contingency protocols. Light rain will not halt play on astroturf or synthetic courts. However, in the event of extreme weather (lightning, flooded courts, severe heat), the Event Director will suspend play. We offer a 'Weather Guarantee' as an add-on, which secures an alternative indoor venue or a reserved reschedule date without additional penalties.

Once your brief is confirmed, you will receive access to the Zeus Organizer Portal. Here, you can digitally input your team rosters up to 48 hours before the event. Roster sizes are capped depending on the sport (e.g., maximum 8 players for a 5-a-side team). Substitutions on the day are only permitted in the case of medical emergencies to preserve the integrity of the bracket.

Yes. Premium sponsor integration is a core feature of our agency. We can incorporate your company logos or partner branding into the live digital scoring displays, custom match balls, court-side banners, and the final awards presentation. Please provide high-resolution brand assets at least 14 days prior to the event for production.

Every Zeus Athletics event is staffed by at least one certified first-responder equipped with comprehensive trauma kits. For massive multi-sport festivals exceeding 100 participants, we deploy dedicated on-site medical tents staffed by registered physiotherapists to handle strains, sprains, and hydration management immediately.

Standard cancellations require 14 days written notice prior to the event date to receive a full refund of the operational deposit. Cancellations made within 7 to 13 days incur a 50% penalty to cover venue and staffing commitments. Cancellations within 7 days are strictly non-refundable.
